In “Cells at Overwork” (the title of which is clearly a reference to the manga and anime series Cells at Work), webcomic artist Zach Cranor shows a severely mismanaged body failing to stay competitive in the modern marketplace.
Cells should not be used as slave labor, let alone as slaves that are worked inefficiently by a management system that is committed to short-term profits at the expense of long-term prosperity. The cells are overworked, underfed, and organized into labor gangs in ways that fail to accomplish the goals of the firm.
It's clearly time to unionize.
