Passenger Forced to Land Plane in Palm Beach Florida after Pilot Becomes "Incoherent"Imagine having to land a plane when you’ve never flown one before! This is what happened to the passengers of this Cessna Caravan heading to Palm Beach, Florida last week.When the pilot of the plane suffered a medical issue mid-air and became incapacitated, the unidentified passenger took over the controls and radioed for help. Thankfully, the air traffic controller who came in contact with him gave responsive assistance. By looking at a picture of the cockpit, the traffic controller was able to guide the passenger to land safely. Couple Got Married on a Southwest Plane Midflight to Las VegasLove is literally in the air in this Southwest Airlines flight.As shared by the airlines' official Facebook account, Jeremy Salda and Pam Salda (nee Patterson) were on their way to get married in Las Vegas when their connecting flight - by Southwest's competitor, mind you - was canceled abruptly. Thankfully, a kind soul - who happened to be a minister - helped them get another flight with Southwest just less than an hour before it took off.On the air, the couple suddenly got a crazy idea to just officiate the wedding then and there. After all, the bride and groom were already in their wedding attire. Everyone aboard was immediately onboard : they dressed the minister who helped them get a flight for the occasion, a professional photographer took the wedding pictures, and one of the flight attendants acted as the maid of honor. A woman recently went into labor during a flight from Ghana to Washington, DC. Thankfully, there were a physician, nurse, and former nurse-turned-flight attendant on board the same flight. They were quickly on hand to assist the delivery and in the end, a healthy baby boy came into this world safely.This midflight labor happened on United Airlines Flight 997, which departed from Kotoka International Airport in Accra, the capital of Ghana, and was bound for Washington Dulles International Airport on an 11-hour flight. The mother, who was flying back to her home in New York City, went into labor roughly six hours after takeoff. The delivery process, which had to be done on the floor of the cabin, took two and a half hours. Adding to the drama, there were several incidences of turbulence in the midst of it all.
