For 84 years, the centenarian has stuck by ReneauxView, a Brazilian textile firm with headquarters in Rio de Janeiro and the state of Santa Catarina. He’s worked there since he was 15 years old.&nbsp;Orthmann began his career at ReneauxView as a shipping assistant, and was soon promoted to a sales position before advancing to a managerial role.Asked about the secret to his career longevity, he has this to say : “You need to get busy with the present, not the past or the future.
