The "Miracle baby" named Kendall Jurnakins was finally sent home after spending 460 days in the hospital. The complications that Kendall experienced may be associated with the fact that he was born at 25 weeks and weighed just 15 ounces. At that time, his mom, Sparkle Jurnakins, was facing COVID-19 and hypertension. While Sparkle recovered, Kendall had to stay and be treated in the hospital's Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Now that Kendall has been sent home, he will be using a tracheostomy tube to help him breathe and a feeding tube to help him eat for a while.
