While this clip is entertaining, it is not real. Yes, that's Zelenskyy, alright, but this is a recent edit with the American song added. The original from 2014 is much longer, funnier, and sexier. It's a spoof of the video for the 2011 song "Love" by the group Kazaky.

That year the city of Jūrmala, Latvia, held a festival called "Made in Ukraina," featuring music, food, and cultural events to introduce Ukraine to Latvians (and tourists). Zelenskyy was host of a comedy night that was a tournament of sorts for comedy groups. Zelenskyy and three male friends, going by the name theTsytsko Brothers, staged a skit in which they played a piano without their hands, if you know what I mean.
