Meet Lockland Samples, a sixteen-month-old toddler from Roswell, Georgia whose golden uncombable locks make him look like a rock star.Lockland's mother, <a href="https://www.instagram.com/samplelifewithme/" alt="Katelyn Samples" class="on">Katelyn Samples</a>, says that Lockland catches people's attention everywhere he goes.

Lockland was born with typical hair. At six months old, his locks started to take off. Lockland's hair is hard to get wet and practically uncombable. After Katelyn Samples received a message on Instagram saying that Lockland might have the extremely rare "uncombable hair syndrome," the family brought Lockland to Emory University Hospital, Atlanta and found out that Lockland has exactly that.
