Honeymooners From Bristol, Rhode Island Help Rescue Babies From Burning Building in SpainDoran Smith and David Squillante finally had an opportunity to go on their honeymoon after two years of waiting (because of the global health crisis). And maybe fate prepared this honeymoon for them, as this was one event they would never forget. As the Bristol couple strolled over a park in Spain, they noticed a group of women panicking, and then they saw the flame coming out of the doorway. Realizing that there was an ongoing fire, Squillante's "instinct took over." He immediately ran inside the building (which was a nursery). Despite the language barrier between the couple and the people who helped rescue the babies, "everything turned out to be OK," according to Squillante. "I found myself looking at 15, 20 babies sleeping, and immediately just kind of lined everyone up and we started grabbing them, putting into the crib," Squillante recounts the story. After the short but intense rescue operation, the heroic couple went on their tour like an ordinary day. (Image Credit: Doran Smith) #Wholesome #Babies #Rescue
A Fire Station in Virginia Has 3 Firefighters Who Became Dads at the Same Hospital Within a 24-Hour PeriodCongratulations! Also, that’s an amazing coincidence.Three firefighters from the same fire station in Spotsylvania County, Virginia had their babies born within the same 24-hour period. The babies were all born at the  Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center. To celebrate this odd but charming event, the hospital posted a photo of the men together, holding their new babies, looking very happy.  The Fort Belvoir Professional Fire Fighters, where the men work, also congratulated them on Facebook. "Congratulations FF Kyle Dean, FF/M Kyle Fredrick and Lieutenant Michael Irvine. We wish all your families new additions the very best!"
