Christmas tradition meets the world of high tech in this goofy animation. Why would someone want to make a robot out of a candy cane? Because it's Christmas, silly! What's unique about this robot is that it is sentient, and walks along the road, contemplating its own existence and its purpose in the world. The animator, Quarter Wit, labeled this video "He's 68% candy cane, 32% robot and 100% inspirational." I don't know about that. His lonely journey as the first of his kind seems just a bit depressing, even baffling, but still just silly enough to make you smile. -via reddit
