According to Urban Dictionary, a hairror is a horrible haircut. Put a capital on it, and it becomes a different portmanteau, a hair mirror. The model in the advertisement does not reflect (ha) the intended purpose of the Hairror, which is to make bald men look like they have hair. At least to themselves. It won't do much for other people looking at your hairless head. Still, it will either help you fantasize about having hair again, or else make you glad you don't.
