Stuffed Bunny Left Baggage Claim Got a Tour of the Airport Before Getting Reunited with Young Girl
Thanks to the power of social media, this little girl didn’t have to part ways with her beloved stuffed bunny for long. The doll was found left behind at the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport in Virginia on March 1.
Reagan Airport and Traveler’s Aid International then launched a social media search for its owner. They posted photos on Twitter of the bunny enjoying time around the airport while waiting for its family to pick it up. Soon enough, the owner, who identified the rabbit as Hoppy, came forward to reclaim the doll. The cute reunion was celebrated by another tweet from the Reagan Airport account. “Reunited and it feels SO GOOD,” they tweeted.
