Today, everyone gets their food delivered to their doorstep. We are no stranger to late deliveries, and sometimes even wrongly delivered orders, but how often can we say that our food got delivered by a police officer?
This was exactly what happened to Sioux Falls resident Anastasia Elsinger. After arresting a DoorDash driver for warrants that the driver failed to take care of, Sioux Falls Police officer Sam Buhr finished the driver's delivery. He delivered the Arby's order to Elsinger's door and ended up in a Ring doorbell camera video that has since gone viral on Tik Tok.
In a Facebook post, Elsinger thanked Buhr for going "above and beyond."
