I’m not saying that I approve of daylight saving time. It’s a pointless hassle that I’d rather do without. And perhaps, as one wag on Twitter put it this morning, what would happen if we all, as an act of collective disobedience, just didn’t do it? What if we just refused to continue this absurdity?
The problem is that the first person who steps forward to do so is likely to take a bullet in the belly.
