Yes, it looks like an official law enforcement vehicle, so presumably the Florida Man driving it must be acting in his official capacity when he requires an inspection of motorists. But, Fox 5 Vegas News reports, it’s not. The DeSoto County Sheriff’s Office in Florida insists that the white Chevrolet Silverado truck equipped with lights that flash red and blue and is styled to closely resemble the Border Patrol is just a privately owned vehicle.
The seal on the door is for the “National Booty Behavior Protection” service, a federal agency which does not exist. Do not, the Sheriff’s Office warns, pull over if instructed to do so by the booty patrol officers.
