Miley Cyrus proves that there ain't no party like the communist party in a new mashup by Dustin Ballard, better know as YouTuber There I Ruined It. No matter that Cyrus was born in 1992, a year after the Soviet Union dissolved into 15 independent republics. This song takes her bouncy pop song "Party in the USA" and gives it the melancholy minor key sound we always associate with the Soviets. Although, come to think of it, that sad sound is also evocative of Tsarist Russia and Putin's Russia as well. The militaristic march part is certainly from the USSR. Whether this version is an improvement over the original is completely up to you.
