ABC7 (WLS) meteorologist Greg Dutra knew the studio had new equipment, but he did not try it out thoroughly before going on air Thursday morning. And then he accidentally touched the screen.
Dutra was like a kid at Christmas, realizing that his toys are actually much cooler than they looked in the Sears catalog. Except that for Dutra, it happened live on-air. Anchor Terrell Brown had to get up and try it himself. Ain't technology cool? The clip went to Twitter where people were charmed by his enthusiasm.
This gives another dimension to the term "on the job training." The question we all have is, how long was that new screen in use before he finally touched it. Weeks? -via Fark
