Josh Harrold felt blessed when his wife was given a second chance after brain cancer, and when his daughter survived weeks in the NICU. He is paying it forward in a big way. In 2017, he donated one of his kidneys to a friend. And now he is donating part of his liver to a baby girl he doesn't know. Josh signed up to be a liver donor after witnessing the anguish parents go through when their infants are in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Four years later, he got the call to undergo surgery even though he's healthy, for the benefit of a child who would otherwise die.
