A British man born in 1938 has been driving with neither a license nor insurance since he was 12 years old. Go figure!
City North Operation Reacher police had been patrolling the neighborhood when they received an early inquiry about a blue Mini One parked next to a Tesco Extra supermarket. The driver has not only driven for over 70 years with no license or insurance, but has also never been stopped by police or had an accident. His driving has never caused anyone harm, either physically or financially.
Although police were impressed by his clean driving record, he will need to get a license stat.
