The term "pregnancy roulette" once referred to a situation of a pregnant woman who didn't know who the father was because there were several candidates. But now it's somewhat of a game (or meme or challenge), popularized by TikTok, which would be better titled "pregnancy test roulette."
These two sisters are both late for their periods. They decided to play pregnancy test roulette. That means they each take a home pregnancy test and then draw one at random. If one of them is pregnant, they won't know which one it is. Unless both tests come out positive!
