Hilarious Way To Make Employees Have A Work-Life Balance

We’re surprised that some companies are like this, actually. Usually, a work-life balance is difficult to obtain, especially for those who are completely locked in the office doing tasks and other assignments for five days per week. With the economy and how products also get pricier as the years go by (and salaries don’t get to match them), people will also use their days off to work other jobs just to make ends meet.

Essentially, having a good work-life balance (and rest) now seems to be more of a privilege than a right, which makes it even more depressing. However, some companies are now aiming to advocate having this balance for their employees. An Indian IT company called SoftGrid Computers encourages their workers to take a break in quite a funny way, to be honest. 

The company has a “reminder system” in which they lock the computers of their employees after business hours and issues them a warning. “WARNING!!! Your shift time is over. The office system will shut down in 10 mins. PLEASE GO HOME!” their warning reads.
