You know what, we understand why he did that.
Reddit user LordofPorkchop shared quite a terrible anecdote from his dating life on r/PettyRevenge. This was when he started to go on blind dates, and somehow met a match that was so shameless that he had to do some revenge on them.
“I hesitated at first, not because I wanted to pay for three people, but I don’t want to be the 3rd wheel,” the guy shared.”However, I agreed, thinking she would be more comfortable with her friend on the date.”
So LordofPorkchop booked himself and the girls a table at a casual restaurant that was built over a large pool, well-decorated, and had some good food. Thinking positively of the event, he went and picked up his date (and her friend). Much to his shock, the girl invited one more friend to their affair— so the group is now composed of him, his date, and two of her friends. Yikes. She didn’t even tell him!
During the drive to the restaurant, he shared that he felt like a glorified Uber driver– as the girls only talked to themselves. Realizing that they are probably just using him as a wallet, he decided to bail on them. He ordered the most expensive items on the menu, ate, and excused himself to the washroom. When he was alone, he decided to walk out of the restaurant and left the food (and the bill) with the girls. Ha!
We hope he finds the one person that will make him happy and go out on an actual date with him in the future.
