The famous pizza chain announced that they will reward their carryout customers who order online with a $3 tip that can be used for their next online carryout order if they will personally pick up their pizza instead of getting it delivered. "As a reward, Domino's is giving a $3 tip to online carryout customers who take the time and energy out of their day to act as their own delivery drivers. After all, we think they deserve it,” said Domino's executive vice president – chief marketing officer, Art D'Elia.
Though it was not mentioned in their recent press release about the program, several news articles appeared last October that the company was in a great need of drivers, which affected their sales. - via KTLA 5
