At first you get the idea that he's not a good dancer, and maybe that's the joke. But it becomes evident that he's really good at what he does; it's just that what he does is so ridiculous. This is Ireneusz Krosny, Polish actor and mime artist. We joke about mime being a lost art, but those who are the best can still make a living doing it.
